A hand crafted ceramic chip to keep in your pocket and pull out whenever you’re stressed or anxious. They have a wood grain texture on one side that helps with sensory stimulation to draw your thoughts away from the anxiety and ground you mind. The exposed clay of the wood grain side allows for your favorite essential oil to be absorbed for added aromatherapy. A drop or two will do, add as needed.

These came to fruition through my own struggles with anxiety and frequent anxiety attacks. It’s been a joy seeing them helping others cope with their own battles through this simple token. Twirl, twist, spin, rub, or pick them with your fingers and find peace of mind in their organic nature.
